Welcome to Torrance Elks Lodge #1948

The basic rental fee covers the rental of the specified room for up to 5 hours. Additional time may be purchased, based on availability. 

All tables and chairs must be put back to their storage locations as well as all waste baskets cleared with new liners. Waste must be placed in the large garbage bin in the parking lot.

Insurance

Every rental must have insurance. The Elks Lodge will charge the renter for insurance, however we will provide the one-day policy.

Each renter is responsible for their attendees following this policy. 

 Bar Service

All beverages must be purchased at the Elks Bar. There is absolutely no outside beverages of any kind. This includes water, soda and alcohol. Rentals may be cancelled, due to beverages being brought in, without any sort of refund.  Any outside beverages that are brought in are subject to confiscation and the provider may be escorted off of property. 

Renters may choose to book additional Elks bartenders for their event(s).
